Impact of Leadership Development Programs
Presented By:
Lisa Gabel
Program Objective: Effective leadership development programs enhances the quality
of leadership within the individual and enhances their capacity to lead other individuals, groups and the organization.
Lisa's presentation is based on an extensive study that examined how today's organizations are evaluating the impact and value
of their leadership development program toward their business objectives.
Learning Objective:
- Reviewing the best practices of organizations that are establishing an evaluation and measurement
system which can be used to continuously improve the outcomes of their Leadership Development Programs.
Credentials: Ms. Gabel, an organizational effectiveness consultant at
ICF International, has extensive experience in organization development, performance and change management.
Before joining ICF, Ms. Gabel served for six years in the U.S. Navy's Human Performance Center where she
diagnosed performance issues, determined root causes and implemented performance improvement recommendations.
As program manager for the Navy's Total Force Competency Model development, Ms. Gabel designed and implemented
a model for work requirements, talent and leadership assessment for both military and civilian occupations.
Ms. Gabel facilitates several courses for ASTD in the area of Human Performance in the Workplace
